West Aero has been using Aerofusion to c/o repair welding for the last couple of years. The workmanship is always top quality, timeframes are great and Mike is a great guy to deal with. No job is too big or small and he always has a plan to create a top quality repair.
For these reasons and more we will continue using AeroFusion for our aviation welding and repair work.

We have just started using AeroFusion to c/o welding for us where needed. Mike has been great to deal with, jobs are completed quickly and to a very high standard. Aesthetically & structurally the job surpassed our expectations. During the design process we were unsure if the material thickness would make the welding achievable, I contacted Mike and he assured me that 0.035” stainless was no problem and he could weld much thinner if required. He even picked the job up and dropped it back off when completed. For these reasons and more I will continue to call AeroFusion with any welding problems we need solved in future.

It was a Thursday, We had an Air tractor in for maintenance and found it needed some structural repair to the airframe in a difficult location. Mike came out that afternoon to access the job. As per the Air tractor manual & corresponding repair scheme a repair patch was required, luckily it was available locally. The job was A.O.G and the Aircraft had work on Monday so mike said he would make it priority. He worked Friday afternoon and Saturday until the job was complete. the workmanship was top quality, the timeframe was outstanding and the aircraft was out working again on Monday. I would happily recomend AeroFusion to anyone with a problem they need solved.
